Randy Spencer entered the legal profession after graduating magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1991. Although he no longer actively practices law, Randy has remained deeply connected to the profession for more than a decade, assisting law firms in identifying and working with individuals navigating issues related to Virginia’s traffic laws. His legal background, combined with his natural ability to connect with people, makes him uniquely suited to guide prospective clients through the earliest stages of their cases.
Randy joined our firm in September 2025 and quickly became an indispensable part of our intake process. Sandra personally trusts Randy to serve as the firm’s first point of contact with prospective clients because of the exceptional care, professionalism, and sincerity he brings to every conversation. He has a remarkable ability to listen carefully, understand the concerns of those reaching out for help, and ensure that each client feels respected, supported, and genuinely heard.
Randy and Sandra previously worked together earlier in their careers, and he was thrilled to have the opportunity to work alongside her again. He holds tremendous respect for the way Sandra practices law and for the compassion she shows toward every client the firm serves. Their shared commitment to treating clients with dignity, empathy, and honesty makes Randy an ideal ambassador for the firm. Through his thoughtful intake process and seamless handoff to each client’s case manager, Randy helps ensure that every case begins with clarity, confidence, and the sense that the client is truly in capable hands.
Randy and his wife, Kimberly, are the proud parents of five adult children.
