Craig Newman serves as our Interpreter and Translator for the English and Spanish languages. With formal education through high school and college, he has served on numerous short-term mission trips to Central America. In addition, as the owner and operator of his own company Craig Newman Translations Inc. Craig brings linguistic and cultural knowledge to our firm, his extensive experience grants access when dealing with the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles, various medical offices, other professional business types and much more.
Craig Newman is well known and respected anywhere he goes either in the court, at a martial arts event, or some other outing there is always someone he knows! Craig is known for a hard work ethic and a “never say die” attitude. As a person with a physical disability this was proven in his study of the martial arts”. Using Karate as a form of physical therapy, Craig holds a First- Degree Black Belt in American Freestyle Karate, and Yellow Belt in Aikido – Jiu Jitsu. During his time in the martial arts Craig became an instructor, tournament winner, and ring judge, and has been inducted into the AMAA Hall of Fame (2016) and the AFKA Hall of Fame for (2016 and 2019).
Craig places a high value on Faith, Family, and Fidelity. Guided by his beliefs Craig will often not only go above and beyond but takes a tenacious stance in defense of others.
